See your OB: There are prescription medications that can be taken for the severe nausea in early pregnancy. As with any medication there are risks to consider so you need to have that conversation with the OB to determine if the benefit of taking the medication will outweigh the risk in your case. The good news - most morning sickness magically disappears around 12 weeks! Good luck!
