No: Your period comes about 2 weeks after ovulation, so there is no way that bleeding a few days after an abortion is a period. What you are most likely seeing is a type of withdrawal bleeding triggered by your hormones dropping back down to normal. An infection is also possible but that would typically be accompanied by pain and fever. Also, you need to confirm that the abortion was successful.
