Strong urine odor...: ...usually doesn't mean anything important -- mostly related to what you eat and fluid intake. I'm not sure how to interpret "hot" urine. If it just feels warm as you pass urine, plus odor and maybe darker color, just drink more fluids which might clear it up. If painful or "burning" to pass urine, and/or urgent or small volumes, possible urinary tract infection. If so, see a doctor right away.
