Difficult to treat: Your problem can be very difficult to figure out what is cause of pain and then proper treatment. Recommend researching pelvic pain clinic at nearest university associated gyn practice. They usually have significant experience in evaluating and treating women with this condition. Google local university hospital, gyn department, pelvic pain clinic. I wish you best of luck with this. Dr R

Pelvic pain...: ...has many possible causes, but there definitely shouldn't be continuing pain a year after pregnancy termination. It should be fairly easy to find the cause and provide treatment. See your gynecologist -- or if you've been doing that and don't have clear answers, ask for (or refer yourself) to a different gynecologist for a second opinion. Good luck!
