Find cause: I'm not concerned about the vitamin d. Many people your age have high alk phos without any real problem. If stopping alcohol and unneeded rx's did not return ast/alt to a good level, time to rule out hepatitis b ; c, autoimmune hepatitis, hemochromatosis, wilson's (doubt at your age), autoimmune hepatitis (can be) ; consider if you may have metabolic syndrome / want to exercise more.

Need evaluation : Are you on Pentasa (mesalamine) for ulcerative colitis? If so there may be a connection with your ulcerative colitis and the elevated alt and alk phos. This needs to be checked out by your GI and may involve blood tests and imaging. The two entities to rule out are primary sclerosing cholangitis and autoimmune hepatitis.
