Yes: even if your pO2 (the saturation of oxygen in your blood) drops a bit because of high altitude, fetal hemoglobin is so much more avid for oxygen than adult hemoglobin that it will remain unchanged. not to worry.

Yes: In general most flights are fine in the first trimester. A slight risk of blood clot in the legs for flights over 8 hours, but you can lower that risk by using compression hose or exercising your calf muscle or getting up and stretching a few times.
