Get seen: For some men, erection is easy but ejaculation is difficult in some or all circumstances. For example, many men find getting oral sex extremely exciting but can't climax. If this is a factor in all situations, including when you're by yourself, it may be from meds (SSRI's, etc). If just intercourse, work with your partner on positioning and so forth. Ask your doctor if yohimbine is right for you.
