Unlikely: I'm a tattoo buff and have three of my own. Get it ONLY if it's something you've wanted for several years in exactly the form you're getting. Tattoos are in the dermis and keratosis pilaris is a curious epidermal illness. I hope that your choice of design is one that's deeply meaningful, and I admire your courage in asking.
