Pain: It may or may not be your IUD causing the issue. I would try some ibuprofen or advil and see if it passes (if not allergic of course). Lots of things cause pain during sex and most resolve fairly quickly.

Depends on things: It's difficult to know whether your pain if from your IUD placement or whether it it is related only to acts of intercourse. Pain is a "symptom". If the pain is severe, constant or occurring at very frequent intervals you should go to the ER. If it occurs only during intercourse, see your GYN. An U/S can confirm if it is still in the right place.
