Not healed yet?: It may mean the healing process hasn't finished. There is an incision in the top of the vagina that can take some time to heal. If you have intercourse too soon, it can hurt. Best wishes!

Depends.: It depends on how long ago the sling was placed. You should not have pain with intercourse that persists beyond about 3 months. If you do then discuss with your doctor. Sometimes it is simply vaginal dryness or atrophy and sometimes it could be more serious. Their are occasions when the sling may need to be removed. Hope this helps.
