Possibilities: Blood tests, X-Rays, scans, and other tests are often helpful in detecting infections, trauma, problems with the immune system, blood, heart, lungs, gut, or endocrine system. These tests are not helpful in determining anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, etc. Though anxiety is often blown off as a diagnosis, it can have very real physical symptoms. Ask your doctor.

Family History: Do you have a routine time to go to bed and awaken during every 24 hour cycle ? I want to make sure that you don't have a circadian rhythm disorder. Are you taking any medications, either prescribed or over the counter at this time ? Do you use any herbal products or energy drinks / supplements ? Is there any family history of any similar symptoms ? What kind of labs were done ? How long ?

Nutrition may: be part of the answers. Spectracell lab in Texas has an excellent blood test for this. Providers and labs for the blood draws are also listed. Anxiety can produce the symptoms you mention also. Perhaps seeing a mental health professional for stress management training would be a good idea also. Peace and good health.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

Complete check up: Blood tests alone are not always enough to determine if there is a medical condition. You need to have a careful history and physical examination as well as blood and other tests that the physician may feel you need. Once you and your doctor have a handle on your physical condition you should consider having a consultation for possible therapy.

See a neurologist: There are many neurological illnesses that can present with the constellation of symptoms you describe. You may want to consult with a neurologist, who can do tests in addition to bloodwork.
