Sinus rinse b4 spray: If you're now suffering from nasal allergies, best to rinse first before spraying medication. Once you're better and using medication for prevention, then less likely to need to rinse first. But only you can figure this out w/your Family Doc & Allergist. As always, avoid nasal decongestant sprays. Nasal steroids should be fine. Ask about oral allergy medication options too.
