Absolutely: The large majority of patients with tennis elbow fully recover. For some patients, it may take 1-2 years, as tendons heal very slowly & repetitive stress on the tendon does not allow for a rapid recovery. Wrist splint, eccentric strengthening of the forearm extensors & relative rest help many patients. Cortisone or prp injections are beneficial for many. The fast procedure is another great option.
