Muscle/tension issue: It sounds like you could use a good head massage.Then have them work on your neck and upper back.Stretching exercises can help muscle tension/spasm,like yoga and gentle range of motion movements.Muscle relaxers and antiinflamatories may be of some help.You may need to learn better coping skills than just tensing up and gritting your teeth and carring the world on your bunched up shoulders.Peace.
