Rash: The discharge may be related to recent unproteced sex or an infection. The rash sounds more like an allergic reaction. Irregular bleeding probably the most common thing seen with plan B use. Take an antihistamine and see if the rash lessens. If it does, then its an allergy to something in plan B.
