Exact pain location?: Pain in the right side of abdomen can be from irritation or inflammation of muscles and nerves in the abdominal wall but can also be internal such as from inflammation/stones of gallbladder, liver abscess, intestinal ulceration/inflammation etc . These possibilities need investigation
