Test: If you got one straight line it means you are not pregnant. The stomach pain and diarrhea is most likely from some virus you may have picked up along the way in the past few days somewhere or from something you ate. It shouldn't last more that 3-4 days. If it does, then I'd see your doctor, especially if the diarrhea is bad,meaning a lot of it and very frequent. Be sure to be drinking enough water
