Prolactin: You may need to see an Endocrinologist to interpret this. How high is the prolactin? Mild elevations can be from some medications. Is this prolactin causing you any problems? You may have a tiny benign pituitary tumor that is making prolactin. It can be effectively treated with medications, and almost never requires surgery.
