Uncertain: I'm uncertain what u r asking.PCO is usually used 4 shortened PCOS. If u mean that u have a lot of cysts on ur ovaries but don't have obesity,excessive hair growth, irregular periods,insulin resistance,etc.,then u r normal.More than one follicle normally starts growing each month.One becomes the dominate follicle and ovulates (occas. 2 in the case of some twins) and the others just go away.
