Yes: Conception could occur up to 6 days after having sex - if that is when ovulation happens. By ten days after conception a pregnancy test would be positive. So 18 days after sex, even if ovulation happened 6 days later - if conception did occur then the pregnancy would be 12 days old and the test would be positive. good luck.
