UTI: your symptoms sound most consistent with a urinary tract infection, perhaps going into the kidneys, a condition known as pyelonephritis. If treated early, it is usually able to be treated with a course of antibiotics. You should see your doctor or go to the emergency room right away, to have an evaluation and to potentially get on antibiotics if necessary. Good luck.
