Gluten forpunishment: Stop shaving with a razor! You obviously with the previous scarring have "nicked and cut" you way through the process. If you must, clip the hairs or use an electric razor to take care of the bikini line as neither of those options will cut the skin and produce "ingrown" hairs that can get infected. Try washing the area now with an anti-bacterial soap like phisoderm as betadine can stainunderwear
