STD: If you can't remember the details of a sexual encounter, it is possible your activities exposed you to an STD ( sexually transmitted disease), including HIV. Best to have tests for STD's, and to recheck in several weeks, as some tests may not reveal infection acquired very recently.

Risk is unknowable: Hey buddy. When it comes to this kind of thing, everybody does things that they realize afterwards that they shouldn't have. No need to tell anybody anything. Just get with your physician and mention the possibility of recent exposure. I'll bet you're HIV-negative but you could have picked up any of several other nasty things. And cherish having shared love, imperfect as it may have been.

Zero risk...: ...for all practical purposes. HIV is rare in UK women, including sex workers. Most escorts (expensive sex workers by appointment) protect themselves, get tested frequently, very unlikely to have HIV. Unprotected vaginal sex with HIV+ female has under 1/1000 risk for male partner, lower still with condom. Partner's rash has nothing to do with this event. No HIV test needed except for reassruance.
