Maybe infection : How long have you noticed it? Any truma to the penis or surrounding area? Is it painful or tender? Have you been sexually active in the last couple of weeks or months? You should see your primary care doctor this week. If you have a fever, chills, any discharge from the penis or pain urinating you should definitely be evaluated by a doctor ASAP in urgent care clinic or primary care clinic
