Do you feel a stye pop?

I suppose: The relief of the built-up pressure in the style, once drained, feels better & less pressure. Like a pimple on one's face, when popped, do you really hear it pop? I don't think so. As with sties, the only noise that I usually hear are those of pain, but not from the "popping" of the sty itself.
