Most likely not: unless she drive the sperm and penetrated to inside her vagina, chance of pregnancy is nill. washing with water will not cause the sperms to penetrate inside the vagina. remember the sperm has to be very close to the end of the vagina and her cervix traveling through the tube and meet a healthy live egg and penetrated to have a pregnancy.vagina smelling os sniffing the sperm might not do it.

Doubtful: usually sperm cells cannot exist outside the body much less in bath water. Pregnancy is most common by direct deposit of sperm into the vagina.
