Pain in back spine: Likely costochondritis, especially if it hurts when touched- try motrin if not allergic 2 pills 2 a day x 7 days( stop for stomach pain) may be reflux, ( try prevecid) or musculoskeletal, rarely gallbladder if on right or a clot ,because of concern for a clot ( especially if you are on BCP), would go to urgent care doc today check d-dimer ( blood test).
