Under expected: Guidelines suggest that women of normal weight when becoming pregnant should gain between 25 and 35 pounds. By 13 weeks, a weight gain of 1-5 pounds is considered normal, and then 1-2 pounds per week after that. So you are below the expected weight gain. Ask your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist to help you eat high quality, calorie dense, FREQUENT meals. Back off if too much exercise:)
