Cephalexin?: I've not heard of "cheplixen", can't find it on line. Do you mean the antibiotic cephalexin? If so, you're actually now taking the normal amount. Cephalexin is usually prescribed in a dose of 500 mg 4 times daily. For sure it won't hurt anything. But contact the doctor's office where it was prescribed. You might run out sooner than expected, and might need more drug to complete treatent.

Ok: If you have been taking cephalexin, that is an antibiotic that has a wide dosage range, so you would not be in any difficulty with an increased dosage. There are many medications where a higher dose dose cause a problem, though - so please check that this is the medication you are taking.
