Complex: see fertility expert for testing (make diagnosis important), if 35 yo or more then consult after 6 months; choose most cost-effective treatment. Multiple ways: If you want to limit yourself to non-medical ways, you can improve your health (ideal body weight, no smoking, healthy lifestyle) and make sure you have intercourse every 1-2 days surrounding the time of ovulation. If time passes and you are not pregnant yet, the next best ways to increase your chances would be with medically assisted ways, such as ovulation medication, IUI or ivf.

Conception: Ovulation normally occurs 14 days prior to the next period. Recommend starting to have intercourse a few days prior to ovulation & at ovulation (possibly a couple of days after). Can use an ovulation calendar or ovulation predictor kit to help determine best timing. Take care.
