Music and emotions: Many people feel strong emotional responses to music. If you are sensitive person it can trigger sadness, or joy, or other feelings. Some music can make you cry, and that's normal. If you are having strong emotions that you cannot control or strange thoughts, talk with your doctor or trusted friend or someone in your church. Try choosing music that lifts your spirits or makes you feel happy.

Many people: Many people have such an activity that is so all-consuming and engaging that the outside world feels like a totally unwanted intrusion. Psychologically speaking, it's like being made to feel unsafe in a place of internal refuge that is supposed to be totally safe.
