Not really: it depends on why you tested in the first place. The question you ask really depends on if you are having a clinical problem. Hormones values also vary all the time

It depends: The estrogen levels are usually low at the beginning of any menstrual cycle. Without a prolactin number, I cannot say if there is a concern or not. Talk to the MD who did the testing for more accurate information.
