You can't: Once you are bleeding, its hard to know. Even your doctor would have difficulty telling the difference without doing daily ultrasounds starting before you started bleeding and drawing blood Some bleeding like this isn't ovulation or implantation bleeding. It could be something else. The best thing to do is wait and see if you miss your period and then do a pregnancy test. Best wishes
