Cooper's : The ligament that holds up the breast is called Cooper's ligament and in older women tends to "droop" over a lifetime of "holding up" the "goods" If you are obese and lose the fat in the breast along with your weight, you might, at age 16, have some changes in the remaining breast tissue However, significant "sagging" would be unusual.
