Probably lower: To my knowledge, no research shows that infections like chlamydia or "bacterial infection" (bacterial vaginosis?) interfere with conception, but probably they do. I doubt you will conceive this cycle. Follow your doctor's advice about treatment for both infections, and also make sure your partner is treated, then take it from there. (I can't tell if you're hoping to conceive or to avoid it.)
