Dating pregnancy : Speak to your provider about having an ultrasound to date the pregnancy. An early ultrasound is the most accurate and if done early enough could only be off by 1/2 to 1 day.

See your OB: Your OB specialist will use a combination of history, physical exam, and ultrasound if necessary to get a due date that is as accurate as possible.
