Is it more stressful as a heart attack victim to drive somewhere for 10 hours or to fly for 3 hours?

Heart attack: The question depends on the patient and the trips. Driving 10 hours through a war zone versus 3 hours flying in first class pressurized to ground level aren't the same stress and all the gradations in between. Too many variable to predict.

If acute: Go to er wiith capacity for coronary intervention. If in the past, drive and break up the trip every hour or so and walk about ( hopefully safe driver) . Stretching out and moving about is good. If by air, get up and move about whenever one can. Being all scrunched up in those seats is unpleasant enough!
