What do washing detergent allergic reactions look like and how can i identify them from anything else?

Red, bumps.: Usually a conact allergy rash due to shampoos, detergents till have a red, fairly flat rash in area of contact with clothing etc. that is itchy and usually relieved with removal of agent, clothing and better with washing skin.
