Possible panic: disorder. Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions and then a mental health professional who treats panic disorder w/specific strategies you can learn.

Many possibilities: Many different problems, including your anxiety, could cause these symptoms. Need to see a physician to check your blood pressure and pulse. May need blood work to exclude thyroid or other metabolic problems. May need to wear a monitor to exclude intermittent abnormal heart rhythms. May need further evaluation to make sure your chest pain is not due to decreased blood flow to your heart.
