Yes: The emergency hormonal contraceptives such as Plan B disrupt your normal hormonal cycle and therefore cause abnormal bleeding. You should be alright but noe is the time to look into starting a more reliable method of contraception and to use condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Hope this helps.
