Sure, probably: Both caffeine and doxycycline can cause gastrointestinal irritation, e.g. acid symptoms or nausea, which might be worse if the two are taken together. If that happens, just don't have coffee of the antibiotic within an hour of each other. Beyond that, no worries at all.
