Think again!: Active Ingredients (in Each Tablet): Anhydrous Citric Acid (1000 mg), Aspirin (325 mg), Sodium Bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate). If your stomach upset is due to NSAID (ibuprofen) use, what do you think throwing another NSAID (aspirin in the Alka-Seltzer) will do to it?
