It shouldn't be a : problem. The bigger issue with iron tablets is that it shouldn't be taking at the same time as calcium tablets, like that found in Tums, laxatives & other vitamin supplements. It will prevent the absorption of calcium or compete with it. As for Advil, (ibuprofen) you must be sure to have food in your stomach while taking it, or you may have mild gastritis, or feel nauseous. It irritates the stomach lining.
