B12, B6, and B9: This is an irrational combination of mecobalamin 500 micrograms (a biologically active form of vitamin B12 which crosses the blood-brain barrier), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 10 mg, and folic acid (vitamin B9) 5 mg. I found one place online which priced 10 tablets at $59! The combination has no advantage of buying all 3 separately for much, much less. That's it.
