Possible: Primoult is a synthetic progesterone and that could have caused the bleeding. However, if you are sexually active pregancy could always be a possibilty.

Progesterone: When you take Progesterone and then stop it that triggers bleeding. This is what you would expect. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
