Minimal risk: The risk of HIV from what you describe is minimal -- too low for us to estimate. However, there's plenty else you can get -- gonorrhea from receiving oral unprotected, amebiasis and nastier from the rimming. Love always involves risks of some sort; only you can decide what's right for you and the other people who love you.
