You have ...: ... viral syndromes. Both sets of symptoms are likely caused by a viral infection though likely not the same one! It is really surprising how often a person gets ill at nearly the same time with different viruses, causing symptoms in different systems of the body. Both are treated supportively: rest, fluids, saline gargle, OTC anti-diarrheal. The good news: you'll be well in a few more days!
