I have had a cough and lethargy during the day for the last 4 days. very sore throat overnight but no cough at night. i also had diarrhea and general malaise for 3 days prior to the cough starting. ?

It is really surprising how often a person gets ill at nearly the same time with different viruses, causing symptoms in different systems of the body.
