They are all related: Sacroliitis is the baseline definition of spondylitis, of which there are several types. You need evaluation by a rheumatologist! Pain from inflammation is always worse at night or early morning!

SI ARTHRITIS : The chronic pain syndrome may be improved with injections. PRP(PLATELET RICH PLASMA) or PROLOTHERAPY. Follow up with a physical medicine and rehab doctor(PMR)
