Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone): Gives protection for 12-13 weeks after your injection. It stays in the body for up to 12 months but not at concentrations high enough to give birth control. You may be fertile before you have a period after stopping Depo. Its possible that the change in discharge is ovulation. Get tested to be sure.
