ER if fever or blood: Any new, unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain should be professioally evaluated, so you're on the right track. If you have fever or chills, develop vaginal bleeding, or if the pain becomes especially severe, an ER visit would be approrpiate. Without these, it's probably safe to wait until tomorrow. Good luck!
